The Policy of gift certificates

This Policy of gift certificates is an integral part of Public Agreement.

1. Terms

1.1. A website is a collection of web pages that are linked navigationally and by content and posted on the Internet at the following URL: https://roza.ck.ua, through which the direct order of goods and services is carried out (hereinafter reffered to as the Site).

1.2. Seller - website Roza.ck.ua, represented by SEP V.A.Popov, registered and acting in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

1.3. Buyer is an individual or a legal person that acquires a product or service from the Seller, and in accordance with Art. 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, in whole and unconditionally joins the terms of this Contract.

1.4. Recipient is the person holding the Gift Certificate.

1.5. Contractor - an individual or a legal person that provides a service, an Adventure or Impression to the Recipient.

1.6. Gift Set - a set of the Gift Certificate, the gift package (box) and the information sheet.

1.7. Gift Certificate (Certificate) - a card that gives the right, within its nominal value, to receive a gifted service.

1.8. Gifted Service (Service, Adventure and /or Impression) is a service that the Recipient can receive on Your Gift Certificate. In the event of you have a Gift Set from several services to choose from, the Recipient will need to choose one service from the offered ones. The service chosen by the Recipient will be a Gifted Service.

1.9. The nominal value of the gift certificate is the nominal value of the Certificate, which determines the maximum amount of the cost of the right of claim, by which the Certificate can be activated.

1.10. Activation of the Certificate - reservation of the date and time of the service provision and confirmation of the right of the Recipient to receive the Gifted Service.

1.11. The validity period of the Certificate is the period during which the Recipient has the right to activate the Certificate and receive the Service within the limits of the Certificate's value. The validity period of the Certificate is indicated on the Gift Set Information Sheet.

2. Description of Adventures and Impressions

2.1. Information about Adventures and Impressions posted on the Site, as well as in other marketing materials, is authentic at the time of the provision of this information by the Contractor, and can be changed without warning to the Buyers and others.

2.2. The photos and video materials posted on the Site and other informational materials are illustrations only and are exclusively of a marketing nature and may differ from the real conditions of receiving the Gifted Service.

2.3. The up-to-date information on this or that Impression can be asked to the Seller's support service by cell phone +38(097)407-75-75. During 24 hours we will try to clarify the information you are interested in, about the specific Service.

3. Conditions for receiving Adventures and Impressions

3.1. Validity of the Gift Certificate

3.1.1. The validity period of the Certificate is the period during which the Recipient has the right to activate the Certificate and receive the Service within the limits of the Certificate's nominal value. The validity period of the Certificate is indicated on the Gift Set Information Sheet.

3.1.2. In the event of the Recipient has not activated the Gift Certificate within the term of its validity, irrespective of any reasons, the Certificate is canceled and the Buyer and the Recipient lose the right to claims or claims to receive services under this Certificate or to reimburse the cost of the Certificate.

3.2. Activating the Certificate

3.2.1. In order for the Recipient to receive the Service, s/he needs to activate the Gift Certificate, during the validity period of the certificate.

3.2.2. To activate the Certificate, the Recipient should call the contacts indicated in the information sheet and reserve the time for providing the Gifted Service on a suitable date.

3.2.3. We recommend booking the date and time as soon as possible. You can receive the Impression not earlier than two days after the receipt of the Certificate by the Recipient.
