This policy of replacement is an integral part of Public Agreement.

1. Policy for replacing flower products

1.1. If, during the creation of a flower arrangement, the store lacks any flowers for any reason (seasonality, lack of the desired variety / color), a replacement will be made for other flowers that will be available in the store on the day of delivery of the Order. Replacement of missing flowers can be carried out by the florist without agreement with the Client.

At the same time, the total number of flowers in the composition (bouquet) can be changed. In case of such a replacement, the Company is guided by the cost of the flowers used for the replacement. In the event that it is not possible to make an equivalent replacement, the replacement takes place on the "Client's side".

1.2. When making replacements in the composition (bouquet), the Company tries to keep the color scheme of the composition (bouquet) with the one ordered by the client, but cannot guarantee it 100%. Everything will depend on the availability of flowers of the required color on the day of delivery of the order.

1.3. Floral accessories, packaging, decor, decorative greenery, etc. can be replaced by another without agreement with the Client.

1.4. If the store does not have most of the flowers for the ordered composition (bouquet), the Company notifies the client about this at the e-mail address specified in the order. And agrees with him to replace the flowers in the composition (bouquet) with others, or offers the Client to choose another composition (bouquet) instead. If, 3 hours before the time of delivery of the order, the Company has not received a response from the Client regarding the replacement (no communication with the Client, a large time difference with the country of his stay), the florist will make a flower arrangement of his choice, equal or greater at a cost than ordered by the Client and the company will deliver the order to the Recipient.

1.5. In the event that the greenery needed for the bouquet is not available in the store on the day of delivery, it can be replaced with another type of greenery, without agreement with the client, or the florist will create a bouquet without greenery at all, but at the same time he can increase the total number of flowers.

1.6. The company does not guarantee 100% identity of the bouquet (composition) of flowers with the one shown in the photo on the website. The company guarantees the maximum possible similarity of the bouquet (composition) of flowers based on the flowers that will be available in the store assortment on the day of delivery of the order.

2. Policy for replacement of other goods

2.1. In case, at the time of preparation of the order, the store does not have candies ordered by the Customer - they are replaced by other candies from those that will be available in the store.

2.2. If, at the time of order preparation, the store does not have the cake that was ordered by the Client, it will be replaced with another cake from those that will be available in the store. At the same time, when choosing a cake, the Company is guided by the weight of the ordered cake and its expiration date.

2.3. If, at the time of order preparation, the store does not have a cake with the weight ordered by the Client, but there is a similar cake of a smaller weight, then instead of one large cake, several smaller cakes may be delivered.

2.4. The appearance of the soft toy, color or shape may differ from the photo on the website. If, at the time of placing the order, the toy store does not have a specific type of toy (bear, kitten, dog, bunny, etc.), it will be replaced with another type of toy. When replacing a toy, the Company adheres to the size of the toy specified in the product specifications.

2.5. The appearance of the balloons, as well as the color or size, may differ from the photos on the website. If balloons were ordered, a situation is possible when 1 or 2 balloons burst during their transportation. In this case, the Recipient will receive fewer balls than ordered. In this case, the order is considered completed in full.

2.6. The appearance of the vases, material, color, shape, patterns, etc. may differ from the photo on the website.

2.7. If, at the time of order preparation, some types of fruit from the fruit gift basket are missing, they will be replaced by other fruits from those that will be available in the store's assortment. At the same time, the total weight of the basket is preserved. The appearance of the basket (color, shape of the handle, material, shape of the basket, etc.) and the location of the fruit in the basket may differ from the one shown in the photo.

2.8. If at the time of order preparation, some products from the gift basket with products are missing, they will be replaced with other similar products. The appearance of the basket (color, shape of the handle, material, shape of the basket, etc.) and products (packaging, manufacturer, trademark, etc.) in the basket may differ from the one shown in the photo.

2.9. The packaging material in any bouquet or composition may differ from the one shown in the photo, both in terms of color, shade, pattern, and type of packaging material. The packaging material is chosen by the florist at his choice from the available assortment on the day of the order formation and it may differ from the one shown in the photo.
